When you’ve experienced relationship trauma or grown up with unmet emotional needs, it can shape how you move through the world. You might second-guess yourself, shut down emotionally, or feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. In therapy, use experiential tools like Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support deeper healing—working with the parts of you that carry pain, and the wisdom your body still holds.
