Hi, I’m Chelsea (she/her)! I am a therapist for deep feelers, helpers, and anyone who’s tired of holding it all together.

I offer a space where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and explore what healing looks like without pressure or judgment. My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and rooted in curiosity. This is a space to safely explore your emotions, body, and inner world.

I approach therapy from an affirming and inclusive lens, to always honor the uniqueness of your lived experience. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing who you are—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that were never broken.
